1st visit on a Sunday morning for breakfast: prompt service. 2nd visit on a weekday for lunch: prompt service 3rd visit on a weekday morning for coffee: service out the window From my observation, when there's good business and things are happening, the staff are generally on the ball. When business was slow like the weekday morning, one of our drinks sat on the counter for 10 minutes while the staff just looked at their phones all the time. What's amazing is, the guy making the drinks sets the finished product on the counter, and instead of making sure his colleague who's serving the customers serves the drink, he busies himself with his phone. Weekday lunch experience, the lady in the kitchen put our food at the window and rang the bell for server guy to serve. He was running around, in and out, and she rang the bell many times to make sure our food was sent. SHE is a good worker. I think there's no supervisor at this place, so there's no one making sure service was carried out properly. If there was a supervisor, then he/she must have also been on their mobile phone all the time, as was the cashier when we went to pay. She was oblivious to someone standing in front of her because, you guessed it, her eyes were glued to her phone. Food and drinks are good quality. We ordered through the QR code on the table each time we went there, no issues. It might be a KK thing, but no one looks happy working there.

Tried the Pure Tomato steam wantan kuey teow(normal) and hot and sour claypot yee mee(taste good). The milk tea came as ordered(less sweet).. overall we are happy.. price wise is slightly on the high side but acceptable as shopping mall price. .. PS: photos taken while half way eating..

I like the idea of no pork no lard/halal Kopitiam opening early in the morning for breakfast before one goes to work. For that, this deserves a praise. It opens at 8am but most of the food is available at 9am. The food was underwhelming, for the price you're paying. Nothing extraordinary about the flavours, presentation is pretty but that's basically it. The tea and coffee were alright. The staffs were not really attentive, I got my kaya butter toast without butter or kaya. I never got my takeaway drink cover. It only looks like one guy was working and he was the reliable one. I believe his name starts with J. Kinda disappointed because I did look forward for this.

Siddiq was working efficiently and showed great professionalism throughout my visit. He managed his tasks smoothly and was attentive to customers. I truly appreciate how he politely addressed me even during closing time. The lady cashier was so warm, kind, and welcoming — her smile and friendly manner really made my visit enjoyable. Even though it was already near closing time, she still treated me politely and patiently. Thank you for your kindness and lovely service!
